1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the slovip platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

slovip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Platform, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
2. Be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
3. Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
4. Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of slovip, or a close family member of any such person;
5. Not be a self-excluded player or a player who has been formally excluded from the Platform by slovip;
6. Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

slovip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed, and any unverified balances may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the slovip Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, slovip reserves the right to close all but one of such accounts, void any bonuses received across duplicate accounts, and in cases of deliberate abuse, permanently ban the User.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended;
• Notify slovip support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

slovip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, slovip may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours. Until verification is complete, certain account functions — including withdrawals — may be restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

slovip currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time; please refer to the current payment methods listed on the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

slovip aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience additional processing time. slovip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the slovip Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise stated. If you deposit using a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, conversion will apply at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. slovip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposits will be returned to the source and may trigger a compliance review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by slovip are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated wagering requirements and conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted;
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met;
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated;
• Maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active is ₱500 unless otherwise specified;
• slovip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if abuse or exploitation is detected.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation

Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" — is prohibited. slovip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where such behaviour is identified.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the slovip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term return under normal play conditions.

6.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to connection errors, game freezes, or display errors — the outcome of the affected round may be voided. slovip will use server-side records to determine the correct game state. Where a game round cannot be determined, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.

6.3 Errors and Inaccuracies

In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds, payouts, or game results (whether caused by a technical error, human error, or data feed error), slovip reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. This includes cases where odds or payouts are displayed at clearly incorrect values.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets and associated rules are governed by the specific sport and event rules published on the slovip Platform. In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or decided under extraordinary circumstances, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules in effect at the time the bet was placed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the slovip Platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit/debit card details, or misappropriated GCash/Maya accounts;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of criminal activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without proper authorisation;
• Creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a ban;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users;
• Impersonating any slovip employee, agent, or official representative.

8 Responsible Gaming

slovip provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a defined duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you believe continued gambling is harmful to you.

These tools are available immediately through your account settings. No waiting period applies to self-exclusion requests. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of five (5) years.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the slovip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of slovip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property terminates the licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of slovip's intellectual property rights.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

slovip processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slovip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any losses arising from interruptions, errors, defects, or delays in the Platform's operation;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain account security;
• Any losses arising from third-party actions, including payment processor errors or delays.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine law, slovip's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting slovip support through the live chat function on the Platform. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to the standard timelines. Any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by slovip

slovip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• slovip is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory requirement;
• slovip has reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• You have failed to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• slovip determines, in its sole discretion, that the continuation of the account represents an unacceptable risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any legitimate balance remaining in your account (net of any voidable bonuses or disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable compliance review.

13 Amendments to These Terms

slovip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, slovip will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms took effect. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting slovip support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For issues relating to the fairness of games or the platform's compliance with applicable gaming regulations, you may also have recourse to the applicable regulatory body in the Philippines.
